Step 1: Price Negotiation
The factors that influence the price determination that the buyer must specify include the type of bitumen, the requested volume, the destination, and the amount of advance payment. Obviously, the higher the advance payment, the better the price will be
Step 2: Confirm the Offered Price
The customer officially confirms the offered price received from the company via email. The information that the customer sends to the company in the confirmation email includes the price confirmation, the requested volume, the destination, the buyer’s complete information, and specific explanations related to the information required in the bill of lading
Step 3: Issuance of Proforma Invoice
After receiving the official confirmation, the company issues a Proforma Invoice. The buyer must carefully review the terms and conditions stated in the Proforma Invoice. After reviewing, the buyer is required to sign and stamp the Proforma Invoice and send it to the company via email
Step 4: Payment of the advance payment
The buyer must send the payment documents received from the bank to the company to finalize the contract. If the payment documents are approved, the purchase is finalized and the production process will begin
Step 5: Production and customs formalities
After the goods are produced and packaged, the reserved containers enter the loading area and the process of sending the goods from the factory and loading them into the containers is carried out. After loading and customs formalities are completed, all export documents will be sent to the buyer
Step 6: Documents and payment of the remaining amount
After sending the documents, including the customs declaration and the goods exit form, the necessary invoices for paying the remaining amount will be sent to the buyer
Final step: Delivery of the cargo
After confirming the final payment, the company will deliver the cargo to the buyer and the transaction will be officially closed by both parties
